Free Discovery Session
Maybe you are seeking support but you are wary or fearful. Perhaps you have never been ‘in therapy’ before. You have some doubts and fears about how it will be for you. Making the first contact is, in some ways, the hardest part of moving forward. You do this bit on your own, you make the appointment. After that, you will have my support and consideration, we will work together. You will no longer be on your own.
A Discovery Session is just that, a session to discover what you want to achieve. You may already know what you don’t want and you may even know what you do want, but you may not know how to achieve it. A Discovery Session is an opportunity to speak freely about your worries and fears without judgement, in a confidential setting. It’s an opportunity for you to decide if working with me would be of benefit to you and for me to assess whether I am the right person to support you through the change you desire.
We can talk on the phone or in-person in my consulting room.
The Discovery Session is confidential, open and non-judgemental. There is no obligation to work with me after the session but if you decide you want to, we will agree on the terms in that meeting. We will talk about what will work best for you and decide on the way forward.
